Cycle 1 Science (Weeks 13-24) Earth Science Unit Study

7 Jan

My pal, Melody over at And Here We Go! posted this GREAT resource for Cycle 1, Weeks 13-24 Science! The Homeschool Curriculum Company created a Creation Science 4 Kids: Earth Science Unit Study that corresponds exactly with the Science Grammar for Weeks 13-24. There are 12 weeks, and each week goes further in depth with each topic introduced with the Science Grammar. I am so excited about this!! I try to go in depth during the week with the New Grammar, and it’s challenging, I’ll confess, to come up with resources week in, week out! I’m LOVING this resource! For less than $5, I can purchase it, print it out and whip it out each week to do a Science lesson with that week’s New Grammar. (cue the “Hallelujah Chorus” here)

I also discovered that their Creation Science 4 Kids: Biology Unit Study when I was on their website. It is a Unit Study that exactly corresponds with the Science Grammar from Cycle 1, Weeks 1-12. I may go ahead and purchase this to read through over the summer with the kiddos or file it away for 2015-16 when we’ll go through Cycle 1 again.

You can preview a couple of pages for each unit to see what they’re like. Also, these are Creations Science resources, so they weave together Science with Scripture. What a treasure! Enjoy!

Also, see my previous post for Week 13 Science resources and a GREAT Activity book that I discovered at our library.
